Supporting Our Shared Vision for Healthier Communities

CAMP delivers academic-level medical physics services to rural, community, and regional hospitals across the United States and around the world. Our vision is simple: patients everywhere, whether in small towns, underserved regions, or major medical centers, deserve access to the same high standards of imaging and radiation oncology care. That commitment extends beyond our clinical work and into the communities we serve.

When we support local causes and nonprofit organizations, we strengthen the ecosystems that surround our partner hospitals. Every donation and volunteer hour contributes to healthier communities where advanced medical care, strong families, and long-term wellness can thrive. Giving back helps build a foundation where quality healthcare and community well-being go hand in hand.

Since January 2020, we are proud to have contributed more than $50,000 to foundations and nonprofit partners, both on behalf of CAMP and in honor of our employees’ anniversaries.

RAD-AID

RAD-AID is a global nonprofit that brings life-saving medical imaging to communities that have little or no access to radiology. Its mission is to improve and optimize access to X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, mammography, nuclear medicine, and radiation therapy in low- and middle-income countries and underserved areas of high-income nations.

Their teams of volunteer radiologists, technologists, physicists, nurses, and IT professionals provide hands-on training, curriculum development, and technical assistance so local clinicians can safely perform and interpret imaging long after a volunteer trip ends. RAD-AID also supports economic development and public-health initiatives so imaging services remain financially and operationally sustainable for the communities they serve.

In 2025, CAMP supported RAD-AID with personnel in the field. Read about Nathan Busse’s work in Indonesia.

Project Cure

Delivering life-saving medical supplies to communities in need around the world

Project C.U.R.E. is one of the largest nonprofit organizations in the world dedicated to providing donated medical equipment and supplies to hospitals and clinics that lack essential resources. The organization partners with physicians, health systems, governments, and local leaders to identify what each facility needs most, then ships customized cargo containers filled with critical items such as diagnostic equipment, surgical tools, hospital beds, maternal health supplies, PPE, and basic consumables.

Founded in Colorado, Project C.U.R.E. now supports healthcare facilities in more than 135 countries. Each shipment helps clinicians deliver safer, more effective care and strengthens long-term healthcare capacity in underserved communities. Volunteers support everything from sorting supplies to preparing international shipments, making global medical relief accessible and sustainable.
