Medical Dosimetrists - Mountain West
CAMP is seeking two medical dosimetrists to round out our growing dosimetry program. Each successful candidate will primarily support one center with the possibility to flex to others for PTO coverage. While much of our coverage is remote or hybrid, we do require a home base in the mountain west region (ideally Colorado or New Mexico) to have access to the CAMP family and ability to be on site as needs arise; clinical work hours will generally align with clients in the Mountain Time Zone. Most of our clients work within a Varian environment and therefore Eclipse experience is desirable. Monaco experience is also desirable for one specific site, and vendor training is available if needed. CAMP operates as a group of professionals and will provide adequate support to new graduates and seasoned dosimetrists alike!
The mountain west offers great living appeal for outdoor enthusiasts, with a variety of recreation available including skiing, snowboarding, rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking, and more. From the big city in Denver to small rural mountain towns, you are sure to find what you are looking for!
CAMP offers a salary based on qualifications such as certification, training, and experience with consideration of data from the AAMD Salary Survey in addition to a competitive benefits package (see above). Hourly pay ranges from $55-$80, depending on experience and qualifications. Relocation expenses are covered up to $6,000.
Required Qualifications:
- AAMD certification or eligibility for certification within a year of hire
- Strong clinical experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to function independently while working as part of a team
- Ability to successfully navigate remote communication, including use of Microsoft Office platform (Teams, Outlook, etc.)
