Therapeutic Medical Physicist - Cheyenne, WY:

Cheyenne, Wyoming - CAMP is seeking a board eligible or certified physicist to support physics coverage alongside another team member for a facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Experience with Varian Truebeam, Varian Eclipse, Varian Bravos HDR, and Mosaiq R&V systems are helpful for this position but training is available for any gaps. We are looking for both a full-time (1.0 FTE) and part-time (0.6 FTE) candidate. There is potential for this to be a hybrid position with one day /week scheduled remotely.

Required Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible for Part 2 of ABR Therapeutic Medical Physics exam
2+ years of strong clinical experience

Denver, Colorado - CAMP is seeking a board certified physicist to take point alongside additional team members at a busy facility in Denver, Colorado. Experience with Varian Truebeam/iX, Varian Aria/Eclipse, Varian Bravos HDR, and Elekta Gamma Knife are helpful for this position but training is available for any gaps.

Diagnostic Medical Physicist

The candidate will be expected to cover all modalities of diagnostic and nuclear medicine physics including Mammography, MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, PET, Rad/Fluoro, and Ultrasound. Experience with ACR procedures, shielding design, radiation safety, and patient dose calculations is preferred. Any gap in the previously mentioned experience can be bridged with an eagerness and ability to learn as part of our team. Occasional travel outside of the area will be required with travel expenses reimbursed.

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible for Part 2 of ABR Diagnostic Medical Physics exam
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to function independently while working as part of an integrated team
2+ years clinical experience
Experience in Nuclear Medicine, preferred
Experience as Radiation Safety Officer, preferred

Colorado Springs, CO

Diagnostic Medical Physicist Assistant

Colorado Associates in Medical Physics (CAMP) is currently seeking a full-time diagnostic medical physicist assistant who will perform clinical medical physics tasks in collaboration with a team of imaging, nuclear medicine, and health physicists under the overall direction of our Chief of Diagnostic Imaging and Nuclear Medicine Physics.

The candidate will be expected to cover some Level One Medical Equipment testing such as radiographic systems and dental systems. Experience with biomedical engineering, radiation safety, quality assurance and quality improvement in a radiation setting, and hospital radiation protection programs is helpful. Any gap in the previously mentioned experience can be bridged with an eagerness and ability to learn as part of our team.

Overnight travel (approximately 1 week every 6-8 weeks) to the Western Slope will be required with travel expenses reimbursed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree
At least one year working in a radiation-related field
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to function independently while working as part of an integrated team
