Orlando Trejo will be joining the team at CAMP in July 2023, specializing in therapeutic medical physics.

Orlando has worked with a variety of systems, including TrueBeam Linear Accelerators, Varian Trilogy, Novalis, Nucleatron HDR afterloader, and Zeiss Intraoperative Radiotherapy system. Orlando’s experience spans across external beam therapy, brachytherapy planning, stereotactic treatments, and the development of knowledge-based planning models for treatment planning. Additionally, he has expertise in image processing, Python scripting, and 3D printing.

Orlando completed both his dual Bachelor’s degrees in Physics and Mathematics and his Master’s degree in Medical Physics at the University of Florida. Following this, Orlando undertook a clinical residency in Therapeutic Medical Physics at the University of Kansas Cancer Center.
