James McCulloch, DMP

James McCulloch has been with Colorado Associates in Medical Physics (CAMP) since 2023. He specializes in therapeutic medical physics and is certified through the American Board of Radiology.

James works with and has experience with various treatment units including, but not limited to, Truebeam Linear Accelerators, Varian HDR Afterloaders, ViewRay MRIdian, and Tomotherapy. He has experience with external beam therapies, brachytherapy, HDR planning, stereotactic therapy, dosimetry review, image fusion and dose accumulation, as well as R&V systems.

James completed his Bachelor of Science in Physics at Brigham Young University-Idaho in Rexburg, Idaho.  He then went on to complete a Doctorate in Medical Physics degree at UT Health San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas.

James is based in Edwards, Colorado.  He moved here both for the love of the mountains and the love of John Denver.  He enjoys playing guitar and being outside in the majestic nature of the Rocky Mountains.

James is a mentor for CAMP’s residency program overseeing the “Clinical Research” rotation.
